My dr. just prescribed Prometrium. Anyone know how long it takes before I get my period?

Question: Haven't had a period since April-had blood test done and I'm not pregnant so the dr gave me this medicine. Just wondering if anyone knows how long it takes to work.

Answers:
Usually by the 2nd cycle of Prometrium Capsules, 200 mg daily (12 days per calendar month cycle) additionally with daily 0.625 mg conjugated estrogen,however there are other considerations that only your physician can answer.
