is a bump under my belly button after a c-section normal?

after my c-section on june 17 i noticed a bump under my skin, i let a nurse know and she said it was a skin infection but it wasnt from the incision. i got treated but now that is been three weeks i noticed that that part of my belly is numb and somtimes when i wear tight things it gets tender, what could it be? did the c-section cause this?

29 wks pregnant, skin sensitive to touch around belly and sides, almost burns, what causes?

maybe the infection couldnt have gone till yet coz even i had c-section a few months back but i never noticed any sort of bump
