idk i got it naturally (but my face just doesn't match) It's not a must to have big breasts. Its best to be proportioned. Yes push-up or padded bras are great. If your wondering, all guys are not into big breasts.
Buy learning to like yourself as you are and don't judge yourself by the way other people look.
Change something else, your nail polish, your hair color, you eye shadow.
Do something fun.
