please help, this is messed up!?

okay i have like a pimple on the lip of my vagina that hurts a lot and when squeezed squirts a greenish yellow liquid, i have never had sex or any sexual activity, i use tampons but i don't think that has anything to do with it. does it?

Ok, first of all you are not going to die. Secondly it doesn't have anything to do with tampon use. Tampons can cause TSS but a pimple is not one of the symptons at all, so don't worry about that. As for infection, well, that's what pimples are anyways. It could just be a pimple, you can get them anywhere on your body, including there, as unfair as that is. It could also be an ingrown hair if you've done any shaving or hair removal in that area.
If you have removed hair and it's a ingrown then you're going to want to squeeze it until it's empty (it'll hurt alot!) but when it's done it'll heal and be fine. If it's an ingrown and you don't squeeze it, it'll still heal but you could end up with a bump there.
If you haven't removed hair then it's probably a pimple. Wet a washcloth with water as hot as you can stand and apply it to the pimple, it'll draw out the infection. You can squeeze it, but I wouldn't do it unless I had to because ouch! You probably shouldn't use any acne medicine on it because that area is so sensitive. Just use the hot compress and watch it. If it starts to get better in a day or so then you're fine, if it gets worse, then you should get it checked out. Oh, and don't be embarassed, things like this happen to everybody, whether they admit it or not.
