As a man, it is important to bring your mate to a climax. It is very disappointing when it doesn't happen for me. Actually, I prefer to see her get off than myself, but then I am easy, so I work to please her first.

I don't mean to sound flippant, but you should visit a gynecolgist. There well could be a physiological reason that a physician can correct. Until recently, such problems would be dismissed with an "it's all in your head" attitude. That's no longer the case and today you'll recieve a kind and professional response from health professionals.
