Every woman orgasms differently, and some lucky ones several different ways. There's the quiet one that comes and goes, there are the ones that build in your thigh muscles then build up from the inside out and literally crash right over you like a wave. Those kind take a few minutes to become coherant afterwards. Sometimes...unfortunately, even women can have a premature orgasm, comes too soon and it acheives nothing and makes you more frustrated than when you started.
