When sperm gets in a woman, can it come back out?

Me and my husabnd are trying to have a baby, and everytime he leaves his sperm in me, it always seems like it came back out, after 5 minute. What's up with that??

That's normal. What comes out is seminal fluid. If you want to get pregnant, stay in bed for a while after you make love, with a pillow under your rear so that it is a little higher than the rest of your body.

i think the problem is his testicles are on backwards, thus the sperm come out facing the wrong way. This is easily fixed just firmly grasp his goolies and give a firm twist to the right until they are reversed, he may cry a little at this poiint, just tell him to shut up and stop being such a baby. Much of it will run out. A bit will stay in. You only need a single sperm to each the egg, so it doesn't matter, if most runs out.

If you think about it, that is how it's been done for years. Yes whatever you feel that is coming out does probably have sperm in it. but not the ones that are strong enough to swim. Remember there are hundreds of sperm in each ejaculation and the stronger they are, they will not be coming out! Good Luck.

It's even natural it does come out, it spoils you don't want that to happen in you.
You could get a pillow under your hips to give them a bit of an angle to keep stuff in a bit longer.
If you can get a pillow under a 45 degree angle it could even enhance the fun of baby-making lol. most of it will come out, lay on your back for a few minutes after hes done
