I've seen questions like this before but the answers aren't all that thorough with facts and info, so please enlighten me, Thanks.

No joke, but at the West Virginia Welcome Center there is a stall with a very strange looking toilet. It was a female urinal. No one I was with tried it, but apparently some girls do stand up to pee. We thought at first it could be for boys (mothers bringing in a younger boy) but it was way too high. It was like, 3 feet off of the ground so that the woman could pull down her pants and straddle it. Very strange.

yes it is possible, and while reading a book at urban outfitters about strange inventions i found out about a devise that is conal in shape and has holes at both ends that a woman can hold up to herself while urinating to aim her pee in a manner similar to a man's penis.
