How do you know when you'e ovulating??

Question:

Answers:
If you plot your temerature daily, your temperature will show a small spike (0.5 to 1.6 degrees) when you are ovulating.

Other than that, there are olulation predictor kits. These are available in drugstores. They detect surge in luteinizing hormone (LH) just before ovulation, in your urine, and can usally predict ovulation 2 to 3 days in advance. (Clearblue Fertility Monitor kit is one such kit)

Other Answers:
Sometimes I get a dull pain in my pelvic region, on either the left or right side. Some women get abdominal bloating, light menstrual cramps, or breast tenderness too. Furthermore, docs say that there is an increase in basal body temperature. Really the only way to tell for sure is by using an ovulation kit that works off a calander.
