What Exactly is a hot flash and what causes them?

Question:
How can I prevent them?

Answers:
If you are not at the menopause age , and even if you are, you need to have your hormones check. You may have to take a hormone pill once a day. I would talk this over with my doctor and have him to run a hormone balance test, but like i said if you are at the menopause age a hormone pill would still balance the hormones and help. I am on hormone pills my self and they do work. I am on a Premarin 0.9 mg .... 1 per day is all you will take of this. Hope this helps you... Best of luck to you. God Bless

Menopause.. are you that age yet?
when you get older menopause starts to mess with your hormones. try a product called estroven, you can get it at any pharmacy.once you've taken those pills for 7 days, you should start to notice a big difference. estroven is an all natural product.
Hot Flashes are usually related to menopause..caused by lack of Estrogen. You can prevent them by add Estrogen to your body..Orally, or Transdermal(rubbed into skin). Get with a good Natural Doctor that deals with Women's Health Issues.
