How to keep an icecube warm?

Question:

icecube = me. lol.

I never can seem to get warm no matter how many layers of clothing i put on...is this just how it is in winter..or lol is there somethin wrong with me??...And if you´d be so kind..any ideas on how to stay warm? I´d really appreciate it. :D

Do you have splotchy feet and hands....bruise easily? Eat IRON...liver spinich all that good stuff.
Its easier to just take a suppliment.

Try taking a nice hot hot shower till you are warm then when you get out put on warm clothes a thick robe cushy cozy socks. Crawl into bed... flannel sheets electric blanket...duel control that way you dont cook anyone else with you.

Drink a nice hot cup of tea or cocoa before bed. that warms the inside of your body anyway right.

Sounds like a circulation problem
