is this hemmoroids? my anus is so painful.how can u treat this?will this be the reasin that i cant work abroad?pls help.

Answers:
Visible blood in the stool must originate from somewhere very low in the rectum or the anus. Bleeding higher up in the digestive tract isn't so visible, because it's partially digested or mixed in the stool. Strangely enough, blood that's not obvious -- it's actually black -- may be worse than the bright-red variety.

Hemorrhoids are the most likely cause. Although usually not serious, hemorrhoids can be quite alarming and very irritating. Most often, changes in habits can relieve them. Drinking lots of water and eating a diet rich in fiber both help, and it's also important to avoid straining when having a bowel movement. People who exercise regularly tend to be more regular; besides, too much sitting has an obvious effect. If itching is a concern, over-the-counter medication can help. In rare cases, the situation gets serious enough that minor surgery is needed.

Other, less common causes include irritation or rash from diarrhea, infection, or irritants such as colored toilet paper, and fissures (cracks) in the rectum. Infection or fissures may require a doctor's help to correct.

I think your guess is good so try prep H. but if no help better see the doc.
If you have bright red blood every time you stool you probably have hemorroids. If the bleeding gets to much you need to have a Dr. look at it. Prep H works for the pain. Also make sure your stool is soft, use a stool softener.
Go to your Dr.Any sign of blood in the stools is BAD news and MUST be checked out. If the blood is red and fresh, it may be due to piles. If it's dark or black it may be indicating a stomach ulcer or possibly worse. Get checked out, it may save your life.
