Can i get pregnant with PCOS?

Question:
I am engaged and we are plannig to get married next year, and he wants a family, i dont wasnt to disappoint him, he knows i have PCCOS and we do know there are treatments out there, but i need some reassurance

Answers:
My sister had polycystic ovary syndrome. She had two children, but then the pains and symptoms got worse and she had to have one ovary removed. So probably, yes, you can have children, but be prepared for whatever happens.
Most women with PCOS don't realise they have it until after they have a family, it could be that more cases are being diagnosed earlier these days.
If your periods are regular then you are probably ovulating. Have children early. Then do whatever is necessary to alleviate the condition.

Just my opinion based on my experiences. May not be particularly useful in your case. But maybe it could help.
Good health to you.
I have 2 beautiful boys and PCOS. You know what I did? Quit my high stress job. Fell pregnant within the month! Don't discount the effect of stress on fertility! Good luck.
