It depends on their build. Rule of thumb tho, if your hips, ribs, and collarbone protrude, you are too thin. There is nothing wrong with being thin as long as your bones aren't sticking out. That is when it looks unhealthy.

i 5'2" and weigh 100lbs and wear anything from a size 0-2 but they are always too big but i dont look sick, im just naturally skinny, but on some ppl they look like skeletons and its gross
It depends on how tall they are, some girls look good it size 2s. But others (nicole richie, lindsay lohan) are disgustingly skinny

I don't think it does, at least not for me. I am 5'0" and weigh about 95lbs. But I eat soo much...all of the time. I try to gain weight and it doesnt work. I am very healthy, sometimes you just cant help it.I mean, I still have a bit of a gut. I'm short. LOL. Nothing I can do about it.

Some young women are naturally small. They don't look sick. It's the ones who starve themselves to get skinny who look bad. For instance, I am 5'7". I would look terrible if I were thin enough to wear a 6 much less a 2.

well, i'm 5'3 almost 16 years old and around 103 pounds and i wear anything from a size 0-2 and i actually don't look sick. i just look thin, but not in a sick way i actually look pretty healthy. i'm naturally thin so it looks ok on me...its the girls who always starve themselves who look bad. i eat sooo much seriously and i actually wish i can gain a bit, but i just cant.

I wear a size 0,1 ,and 2 (i fit them all). I am 5"7 and I weigh 124. I just look tall and skinny, but not sick. I eat like a pig. I eat more than my friends that weigh 170 pounds. I have fast metabolism.
Well it really depends on age. You can't say a 9 year old looks sick because they are a 00 in jeans
