What do you do to pick yourself up? How do you get over the bad stuff? The depression the scary thoughts? Help me understand

i cry often but of course, your an adult, and I'm a kid. i cry over silly things alot..but my sis says im pmsing lol. yeah im scared of the dark. im afraid of lighting im afraid of sharks but hey. im afraid of getting murdered. to get over the bad stuff, i have a night light, i usually to get over the bad stuff is i take a bubble bath and sometimes, according to me, it works. good luck. p.s. im not depressed. but what do i know? im only 10 years old,

u mm i cry when someone i love dies and i cry sometimes when i get hurt like if i break something and i cry when i think about my dad (died when i was 9) i think thats about it

well i watch comical dvds or cry to get it out of system deep slow cleansing breaths help and God is my rock my hubby there whenever i need him i give him things to deal with that i cannot cuz i always say what better hands to put things in God Bless hey hun.you know thats a pretty heavy question.i cry when i thank about world poverty.little kids shut up out of their drug addicted parents way..animals locked in cages and tortured for no reason..how the world can be such a beautiful place and yet contain so many cruel people..the only thang that picks me up from all these thoughts is knowing that one day it will all come to an end.God wont stand for this world being like it is forever..i cant wait till he comes back and we wont have another care in the world. i hope i have helped and you find what picks you up from this sad world..love daisy
