Auntie Flow?

Question:
I had my time of the month today. and i'm having bad cramps. Any advice on what to do to have less cramp pains??

Answers:
extra strength midol, lots of tea with honey (i've learned that honey can calm cramps) and the lil' heating patches that you can peel off the plastic backings and stick them on your tummy/back. they really work and they help out alot.

Other Answers:
Take Midol beforehand

take medicine.. 800mg motrin (4 over the counter ibuprofen pills, each is 200mg) and a heating pad. Make sure you take the motrin with food on your stomach.

laying down with a heating pad on your tummy helps. Take an extra strength tylenol or midol. If all else fails..lay in the fetal position and cry!!

try some mint tea, and a warm heating pad on your abdomen, this always worked for me.

Tylenol or Midol.

Haha.. those rhyme. K sorry.

take medicine don't drink anything with caffeine and make sure you aren't stressed about anything and it helps for me to be active so that i won't get cramps but thats just me get on birth control, it helped me like 80%

My doc recommended a PMS supplement, like from GNC. It does work if you take it every day, there is something in it that helps your muscles with the cramping. Also helps with the moodiness, etc.

take a pain killer
