Stress relief?

I have been really stressed out for about the last month. I know part of it is my job, but theres a lot of other factors, me and my husband argue over stupid things, I am major homesick and cant afford a vacation because I maxed out all my credit cards giving myself retail therapy. Is there any vitamins or over the counter meds that may help with depression or mental exhaustion?
