Believe it or not you have pores all over your body. These pores can get clogged and therefore cause those "pimples".
Unless you have had some type of sexual contact, oral, or whatever, you should be fine. Don't worry!

do you shave it? it's probably an ingrown hair. There is cream you can get ot try to prevent them, but once you got one unless its like infected looking just leave it alone and make sure you wash daily soap and water. If you pick at it you could make it worse and get it infected. More than likely it is an in-grown hair and they can turn bad if the hair is not extracted, and become very painful. I had a boil-size one and doctor told me I needed to pop it long before it got that bad.but it hurt.Good Luck!

it could be nothing but you should go to the DR and have the fluids tested for herpes It could be a pimple! I could be an ingrown hair. It could be herpes! It could be the human papaloma virus.
So see your doctor even though it is very unlikely to be an STD. I'd really say it's just an ingrown hair.
If you can, pluck the hair and the bump will go down in a day or so.
