Not if your relaxed, I belive some people perform an enema first, but i have found it isnt necessary.

not it you do it properly, first. give enema,/ take laxitive, wash area twice, use alot of lube, take it slow!! relax!

Okay this is really sad you young people are so damn ignorant it is sad. There is no preparation needed before anal sex and its nothing wrong with anal sex true enough some don't like it but it is fine. Some lube helps but all that other garbage is ignorants. I been doing with women for over 20 years with many different women and I know what has worked and how it needs to be done.
