i seldom have sex,but when i do,i often have this gnawing or dull pain.inside my vagina?

Question: am a mother of 4 and am 40 year old,,,my last PAP smear test was when my last child were born 10 years ago,and i was diagnosed as having a infection and was asked to go have a biopsy done.which i did not go ,but nowadays whenever i allow my husband to have intercourse with me which is very rarely about once every 2 month.i feel this dull pain.could it be doing to some infected glands?cervical infection or something more serious?sometimes.after my menses.there is this foul smelly discharge,accompanied by pubic bone pains,,it feels tender and painful.specially so during the "might "menstrual time.however the vaginal discharges has dissapeared,after i have beeing eating yogurrt and drink teas,and wash myself with apple cider vinegar..once i even bleed on my vagina when my husband was really rough on me.what is going on?thanx for any info.

You most likely still have an infection, you really shoud of had the biopsy done, i had one and it was not that bad. You need to see your doctor right away so that it does not progress to something more serious.
