Hormonal changes and/or motherhood could cause significant changes in size, either up or down. The 34 is of course your back size, which makes you a size 8 or 10 for clothing, which is very much the end of the spectrum most women aspire to fall into. If you intensely exercise, again, your back size and cup size could vary considerably. Muscle building would probably put you nearer a 36" back, and may add a size to your cups, intense aerobic and fat-burning work could see you size drop towards 32" and a B cup, as breasts are composed of muscle, glands and fat.
