Period Question! Help please!?
Question:
Answers:
The "average" menstrual cycle is 28 days (from the first day you start to bleed to the last day before you bleed again). Everyone is different, so this isn't a hard & fast rule.
Stress can play a huge part in making your period irregular. Also, you ARE only 14 - there's a fabulously huge possibility that your cycle is going to change multiple times before you reach adulthood - and even beyond that (women's bodies change continuously from puberty to menopause).
The best way to track your period is to mark your first & last "bleed days" on a calendar and then plot 20-28 days from there. It may not be totally accurate (because of the reasons I listed), but it will give you a fair range to go by.
you're still irregular. it takes time for your body to develop its own pattern. you're only 14, you still have a lot of time to get regular.
