How do ladies know when?
Question:
Like to make sure that on THAT day, their NOT on their period...how do you work that out.
I understand that you can calculate and then figure out the days that your going to be onn and stuff, but your wedding day is one day, how do you know that that ONE day, your period wouldn't come?
Answers:
The best way to "fix" it is to go on the pill now...even if you don't feel like counting the days to figure it out, it doesn't matter....you can safely take the pill continuously for a couple of months straight prior to your wedding date (ie. if you booked an October wedding, then take the pills continuously for September and October, without the usual placebos or week break for your period) and you won't get a period at all. It's safe and easy... you will skip your period and have a smokin' wedding night... :) See a nurse practitioner and she'll set you up.... congrats!

No idea. I guess you just take a chance. Would you really cancel ur wedding cos of your period. its not all about the sex afterwards.....Oh my god ....wot am I saying ......of course its all about the sex afterwards..... I would book a last minute deal just to make sure!!!!!!!
book ur wedding and when the times near if you are on the pill and your periods due then take the next pack straight after it wont hurt you.(taking two packs i mean)
You dont know, and why would you care? Just use a pad or tampon.
hmm well i guess just try to book it in advance so you dont get it ...sorry not much help
good luck with your future :-)
Stress causes MOST women to menstruate on their wedding day..........
Nowadays Doctors can prescribe something.
So see your GP and have a wonderful wedding - and life together.
well you either calculate it or carry tampons so the dress wont be ruined as for the sex after you can have that anyway
i don't think it really matters, you can take the pill and run two packs together to ensure that you won't be "on". However, my sister was regular as clockwork and still came "on" on her big day. All the stress and worrying brought it on i think. Stress is a big thing and can make your cycles irregular as hell!
use the pill to control when you get it.
as far it is not adviced to get married before you had sex with somebody, as good relationship is also based on good sex, it is not really important if you have period or not, and anwyay during period you can have sex, its just a little more blood;)
well best thing to do is start on your next period count from 1st day of bleed to next 1st day of period and that will be your number of your days till next period and so on
I don't think women think about it when deciding on their wedding day, but the doctor can give you something to delay your period for a time.
if your cycle is regular, and has been for years it can be worked out easily.
