do calf raises.. where you rise up on the ball of your foot as high as you can and then roll back down slowly. if you do for about 10 times together and 10 on each foot it will gradually strengthen your ankles and your calves which will then help with your running :D

I have the same problem and have for a long time now. Whenever I jump, even from a very small height (1-2ft) It really hurts my ankles. I really wish I could make it better. It sucks not being able to run and jump.
