i have a bad uti and i needa way to get rid of it fast or make the pain go away.?

Well, if you havent gont to the doctor, you should, because he/she will give you antibiotics, which is the only way to get rid of the infection. In the meantime, drink plenty of fluids, preferably water and/or cranberry juice, which is good for your digestive tract. They sell over-the-counter medicine for UTI's that helps with the pain and urgency to go. I forget what its called, but I'm sure the pharmacist can direct you to it. Feel better!
you need to get antibiotics. but in the mean time, drink lots of water and cranberry jucie. Stay away from beer, caffeine, chocolate, and sex - all that stuff will make a uti worse. Apparently if you go to the pharmacy they have some pills that will numb your urinary tract and that will ease the pain (but not cure the infection), the pills make your pee turn orange. but you deff need to get antibiotics to cure your uti.goodluck!

You'd better bite the bullet and go to the doctor. If you don't get the anit-biotics to cure it it could get worse and you'd possibly wind up with kidney damage.
I'm sure if you explain it to the doctor's office they'd work something out with you about payment for services. They might even just do a urinalysis and prescribe meds without you having to actually see the doctor.
