Not going to happen without surgical assistance. It takes a lot of work to get that flat stomach. Stop eating and start exercising

If you find out. Please let me know :-)

pilates.it's more fun than just sit-ups. It's like Yoga but concentrates more on your abs.

well you still have to eat i had a baby and am getting married on sep.2,2006 so i know what you mean about have to hurry just eat right and do alot of crunches there are so many new paloties moves out there and they realy work you just have to stick with it if you want a flatten stomach, don't take pills, just go on a fruit diet.take a walk everyday and eat healthy.you know less sugar

There is no such thing as "Spot-Reduction". You can build your abdominal muscles through abdominal crunches and such, but in order to be able to flatten it out, you have to lose the fat over top of the muscle.

To do so, you need to do cardio and fat burning exercises as well as reduce your caloric intake. However, make sure you eat enough calories for your body to use as fuel in order to burn the fat. If you do not eat enough, your body will turn calories into fat stores, so try to get at least 3 meals a day. Include plenty of water, fruits and vegetables, and 2 to 3 servings of dairy a day and you'll be well on your way! Do cardio AT LEAST 3 times per week for 45min-1hr. Do sit ups and also build some muscle by weight training a couple times per week for 20 min. Over time you will burn more calories throughout your day. I think for every pound of muscle you put on you burn an extra 50 calories an hour doing nothing. So work hard now to get the weight off and build the muscle. Once it's gone be consistent in maintaining what you lose.Good luck. You can do it!
