my gym instructor told me not to eat after exercising cause your body is starving And tries to absorb all the food you eat after exercising. so it's like no matter how much you will eat your body will store that amount and will always want for more, you should drink water after exercising and eat 1 or 2 hrs after exercising. hope that make sense. good luck!
