after any sex there is achance of std even with a rubber you can still catch things like crabs if your are going to have anal sex all the time which i do (been married 12 years) make sure you use the bathroom befour and after and clean your self both times throughly also keep some baby wipes handy for use during sex just in case of an accident and a bottle of hand sanitizer to wash your hands if there is a accident also use plenty of lube it makes it a lot less painful and chances of a accident happening are less also anal sex does not cause aids any more than any other std just make sure the person you are having any kind of sex with uses a rubber and is clean and free of all std's then you have nothing at all to worry about be safe be clean and enjoy sex

You need to use a condom just like in any other sex. You cant stop diseases once they are contracted, unless you are treated by a doctor.
