I know it takes a while it took a while for me but what is the average?

Usually women get breasts when they hit puberty. I hit puberty late (17), so I didn't get mine until around that age. Most women hit puberty between 10-13. It really depends on your body and your health.

ok when i was 11...i was like sooooo flat chested...sad...lol....12 same thing.....13-14 i grew then ppl started thinking they were fake....but im 14 now...idk y they think i had surgery..i just drink a lot of milk

9-22. Everyone is different. It is hard to take and average. I've work in education for years and seen quite a bit of late bloomers, i.e. graduating in a training bra, and early bloomers, i.e. 34c at 10.
Scary stuff.

I thought it was something in the water. On one side of town, girls are developing at a much younger rate, but it seems that the media is assisting in the appearance by making clothes that are partials. Scantly clad if you know what I mean. They send the kids out naked. Parents are allowing this. Why would a 12 year old need a push-up bra. It's sad.
