I am three weeks late for my period?

Question: I usually am regular but not this month i spotted then there was nothing for three weeks today i spotted again and I could be pregnant but im cramping could someone give me some insight to all this please (I am 20 years old)

Definitely go to the doctor! If you are not pregnant, then there could be something else going on. With me, I had a severe case of endometrosis, which can be helped with meds.

Sounds like you are pregnant, take a home test and you will know or even go to a Dr. cramps happen when you are pregnant too, not just when you get your period
