My back is always hurting...
Question:
Answers:
Hello!
There may be many answers to this.. One as others have said could be the mattress. But also be aware of any weight gains. Some times weight gain can cause lower back aches.
Another idea is use a pillow between your legs to keep your spine straight.
Good luck

i would get off the matress and get a new one, if possible. if your low on money, try getting an air matress and put that on the box string, they're very comfortable. maybe you shuold see a chiropractor also. trust me, its not fun having a messed up back because its only going to get worse. i wish you the best of luck and i hope your back feels better!!
I have back issues as well. Maybe try going to a chiropractor, they are awesome! Actupuncturists are good too. If the bed is too soft try slipping a piece of plywood in between mattress and springs. That helps sometimes. Not enough support from that mattress. Need a firm. Firm is good.
