Hi, I have some information for you that I think will help. Some of the things that trigger JLS are smoking, caffiene, and foods that are excessively sugary. Pregnancy itself will make this syndrome worse, but if you are drinking coffee, tea, or soft drinks containing caffeine, then it could be causing it even more. Try avoiding these things and I think it will help. I know that my pregnant daughter found great relief after cutting these things out of her diet. Hope this helps and you get some rest.
