take iron tablets you buy them from the chemist for about 8 dollars, all women lose a certain amount of iron every month. vitamin c is essential for iron absorbtion and if you think your not getting enough vit c you can buy the iron tablets with it already in it . alternativley dark green veges are highest in iron and of course red meats ,dont forget your vitamin c. good luck.
