What could be causing my period to come every two weeks?

Question:
What could be causing me to get my period everytwo weeks? Its making me really run down and nauseated everytime it shows up.

Answers:
I am not a doctor, but here goes.

It sounds like a hormonal imbalance. Depending on your age and lifestyle, it sounds like you have too much or not enough of the main feminine hormones.

The doctors can run a hormonal analysis test that just involves gathering up a sample of your spit. Honest. I did that and it showed I had high testosterone and low progesterone. Of course, I am a peri-menopausal female, who is a diabetic. You may want to get your insulin level checked with a fasting blood insulin test, because insulin is an important hormone that greatly affects the production of the other hormones.

Your hormones are out of whack. Talk to your Dr. about it. Totally sucks, doesn't it? Hun go see your OBGYN and tell her this so she can help you.
