How to reduce my weight in least time?

i an a vegetarian.i do yoga daily and try to reduce my food intake also(esp. oily food) but no results are being shown.Help me out

Maybe you already weigh too little. How much do you weigh and how tall are you? If you are big, I can recommend a routine for you.
See, some people have more physical mass than others not because they eat too much, but because of genetically inherited reasons.
The best you can do is keep on healthy foods and excercise and the most important - be confident in yourself, don`t underestimate yourself just because you weigh more than your friends, it is what YOU are that really counts.. and you are definately not your body, but your mind, your soul!
