There are several key factors involved in this sort of thing. How tall are you, what is your body build, what is the "recommended" weight you should be aiming for to be "healthy" in the eyes of your doctor?
Talk to a Dr. about this stuff.
you don't need to loose any weight, just watch what you eat during the pregnancy!!
It depends how tall you are. But if you are 5'5, then loose about 20 lbs. Once you are pregnant, eat healthy.
don't worry about it. your body will go downhill after kids anyway.
There is no weight limit or table for how much you should weigh before you get pregnant. If you are concerned about your weight and are thinking about getting pregnant make an appointment to see your doctor for a complete physical and talk to him about your concerns and you will get the correct answers!
nothing my weight is 147 ... when i got pregnant i weighted 159 total in 9 mos... when baby was born i was 151, a month latter 145
I don't care what docs say, normally you'll gain about 40 lbs during pregnancy. So, just keep that in mind while you're losing weight now...healthily lose enough weight right now before you get pregnant so you can allow about 40 lbs while getting pregnant and be comfortable with it.
I'm going thru the same thing right now!
Just eat healthy. You weight is fine.
It depends on your body type and height, i would consult your doctor and a dietician. Also on your other question about myspace, go get a free http://logmein.com account and load it up on your home computer. Then log into your home computer and surf all you want.
