I switched from the shot to the pill and have spotted this month. Does that mean I'm pregnant?

Question: In July I change birth control. The middle part of this month I spotted and it was dark. Since then I've taken a hpt and the results was negative.

It sometimes takes your body some time to regulate when you switch birth control..It takes me about 4 months for my body to work properly with the pill, without spotting.
