You could have an infection, maybe kidney infection, i would make appiontment for the doctor asap. If your Dr's is closed 'till Monday, phone NHS Direct and they will prbably get you an appointment with a duty doctor today. But be warned they will ask you really wiered questions, like have you been strangled lately, and probably make you think you have Menigitis, but don't worry, i think they do that to most people. A nurse will than speak to you, and will probably send you to a Dr. At the end of the day if you have an infection, the quicker you start taking Antibiotics, the sooner you will start feeling better, and be up on your feet again!
