Black Cohosh is a herb you can get in pill form that is the main ingredient in Remifrin(brand name) sold at places like Walmart and Kmart Target ETC...only black cohosh is about $6.00 compared to $27.00 for brand name products with black cohosh in it.I used it during menopause and it helped me with hot flashes.Talk to you OB-GYN to feel better about ANY advice you get before you try or talk to pharmacist at drugstore

Napalm or magnesium flash powder will work. You could also buy a disposable camera.

I use New Phase and Wild Yam, doesn't get rid of them completely but it does help.
I was taking Estroven and it did help. However, my son-in-law - who is a pharmacist - said I should stop taking it because the plant hormones in it were just as bad as taking prescription Estrogen. I stopped after that because I have a history of cystic breasts and didn't want the added breast cancer risk. If you have no history of breast cancer in your family and your doctor approves - try the Estroven. I toughed it out and they are almost over! One upside - we sure did save a lot of money on heating the house the last two winters! ; - )
