try chewable motrin. i have serious cramps too and i take 2 extra strength tylenol every 4-6 hours those days i have cramps. it helps a lot. i think you should try to learn how to swallow pills. you probably will need to in the future so better to learn now, but try a chewable version of a pain reliever

If you can't take pills, then try heat, sometimes a hot water bottle or hot heat compress on your lower abdomen will help. you can use heating pad or since u cant swallow pills ask your pharmacist about liquid tylenol or ibuprofen they can tell how much you can take since liquid is usually for children but they can give u the correct dose

I'm one of those lucky girls who gets horrible cramps.I usually take a hot bath and place a washclothe on my stomach. It helps alot and relaxes the curvix(sp)
If you can't find chewable pain relievers, try crushing them and putting them in water or juice. Have to drink it fast , it doesn't mix well but works. I do this for my youngest daughter who doesn't like to swallow pills yet. Saves me money on children's med A heating pad on your lower abdomen will help. Hot baths help too.
