Question:
i have been having major period cramps latley. i dont know how to swallow pills, so how do i make them go away

Answers:
try chewable motrin. i have serious cramps too and i take 2 extra strength tylenol every 4-6 hours those days i have cramps. it helps a lot. i think you should try to learn how to swallow pills. you probably will need to in the future so better to learn now, but try a chewable version of a pain reliever

good luck

Maybe you should go talk to your Doctor or your mom/guardian/sister. They may be able to help. Good Luck!

If you can't take pills, then try heat, sometimes a hot water bottle or hot heat compress on your lower abdomen will help. you can use heating pad or since u cant swallow pills ask your pharmacist about liquid tylenol or ibuprofen they can tell how much you can take since liquid is usually for children but they can give u the correct dose
