Is not playing with yourself normall?

Question:

I dont play with myself at all,when i try to think about it i feel bad cause it always reminds me of what doesnt exist in my marriage.I have learned to live with this but is it normall and what should i do?

If you don't need it then you don't need it. Everyone has their own preferance. You can seek out a sex therapist or try new methods... maybe it's just not your thing! EVERYONE is different

It's your own choice if you want to or not, if you don't won't to- then it's fine.
