I had my period 6 days early could it have been implantation?

Question: I usually am 30-31 day cycle, this month 25th day started bleeding very heavy bright red, lasted 2 1/2 days then just stopped, now I have severe lower back pain, nausea, and am extremely tired, then today spotted brown. can I be pregnant?
