weight gain?


Question:
I have 1 month until school starts and i want to gian at least 5-10 pounds. All i have done all summer is snack, sleep, and watch tv...so the couch potato thing ain't gonna work cause i've already tried that and it hasn't worked. so if there are any other options please tell me... Don't suggest the pill cause i've already asked my parents. I don't want to be fat, just thicker.

Excercise or maybe protien shakes I know when body builders want to beef up thats what they do. Go to like GNC and ask someone there about it. This article is about pregnancy but has some useful info about weight and calories it may help you.

Um i guess excersise then maybe youll gain muscle and eat carbs
Body fat weighs less than Muscle, Start lifting weights! Make sure to stretch so that you don't pull a muscle.
