i have chronic yeast infections, what i can i do?

doctors aren't helpful, the stuff they give doesn't fix the problem, only the symptoms (temporarely)

I would suggest at a minimum taking Optiflora (replaces "friendly" bacteria) and Garlic Complex (destroys yeast overgrowth).

Other supplements that would also be helpful is:
Vita-C, Zinc and Nutriferon (builds & strengthens immune system)
B-Complex (increases absorption)

Try not taking a bath. Take a shower. It helped me

Birth control!! It helps hormones stabilize. Unbalanced hormones are usually the reason why females get chronic yeast infections. You might also be pregnant. If that is not possible then don't wear tight jeans, underwear, and shorts. Especially tight wet ones!!! Also, try taking just showers and not baths. Water can get into your vagina and help the growth of yeast. But hopefully your doc. has already told you all of this. It's the best any one can do. But, REALLY try birth control.

wear cotton white panties you might not be able to wear colored another one is have a bath with a bit of baking soda in it. and if you have a partner he might have it and it goes back and forth so for him go get the cream that we would put on our outside he has to wash his penis very well and dry it very well and put the cream around the head of his penis for about 4-5 days straight that will take care of him.could also be the laundry soap you are using if your using powder try liquid (purex is very good) cause the soap might not all be out of the panties. i know you said dr dont do anything but ask for the pill that helps with the yeast infection that way it hits where its coming from the over the counter stuff sometimes dont work so well if its way up there cause you cant stuff the pill that far up little hard.hope this advice help you.oh 1 more thing if you wear panties to bed stop wearing them to bed let it breath a bit i had to do that and i have not had a yeast infection now for a long time.
