why do you assume pregnancy?

Question:
why when a woman asks a question on here about a change in her period does every one else tell her she could be pregnant, do girls not get taught anything about their own bodys in school? just because there has been a slight change in your period does not make you pregnant in fact it when you become pregnant your periods stop altogether its very rare to carry on having your period when your pregnant and very dangerous to spot bleed when your pregnant

Answers:
I agree. I think people do that to 'rule out' pregnancy, or they don't know the answer and it is the easiest solution.

Other Answers:
Some girls get nervous after a sexual experience. They pay attention to everything going on in their bodies and when something doesn't seem to be of their normal, it is expected that they get anxious and want to know that everything is ok.

You can continue to have a period for quite some time while pregnant. Many women go months and months before even finding out they are pregnant because there was no change in their periods. It is not always something dangerous when you spot while pregnant. In fact, you shouldn't worry unless there is pain and other factors that present themselves while spotting.
Excuse me but I had my period for the total of nine months while I was pregnant with my last baby. Grant it it wasn't a heavy flow but I did spot here and there sometime a little more than spotting sometimes a flow. And I didn't know i was pregnant either because i had had my tubes tied, But guess what on June 27, 2005 my baby girl Jaida was born. Gorgeous and healthy. So just because your period stops or doesn't stop or even if you've had your tubes tied or on birth control you can become pregnant.
