My labia majora has a red, painful, hard mass on it. I'm not sexually active and it showed up out of now where

It is 1 1/2 inches long and it's red and hard and extremely painful. I'm not sexually active and it showed up out of no where.

Most likely, it's a Bartholin gland abscess(infection). It's not an STD, it's caused by bacteria that normally live in the genital area. You HAVE to go to your doctor.
