HELP! I have a UTI is stomach pains and bleeding common?

Question:

Answers:
Both are completely common with a UTI. The only way to get rid of it is by going to see the MD and getting on antibiotics. He may also prescribe a medication called Pyridium, it is supposed to help ease the pain by calming the contractions of your bladder. Depending on how severe the pain is he may also want to prescribe a narcotic painkiller (Vicodin, Lorcet, etc), so be sure to let him know of any allergies you have to them. I know it hurts hun and I hope you feel better really soon. Good Luck and Blessed Be. V-

UTIs can be incredibly painful...poor you!

Bleeding when you pee is common as are severe cramps, when you have a severe infection. You need to go to the Dr or ER and get yourself some antibiotics which will make you feel better quickly.

Good luck and feel better soon.
bleeding can happen. but, you should definatly see a dr, because it could also mean it got into your kidneys....
