No, absolutely not. However if there is a lot of uterine scarring, it could make it very difficult to get or stay pregnant. Not every abortion will cause scar tissue though. The chemicals will all be long gone from your body and have no effect on your ability to get or stay pregnant. If you are able to get and stay pregnant, the baby is at absolutely no higher risk for deformities.

It probably varies from person to person depending on how much scar tissue they developed, if the entire uterus is intact, etc. I'd check with your dr.
