I hung out with my boyfriend at this stupid rave, (I am 29 years old today) it was no fun. Once winter break ended my twin sisiter and I went out with our friends. that was fun.
depends on how much yr willing to spend. small amount of family and friends go out for dinner. or have a party at home. bbqs are fun and cheap. wanting something more hire out a hall and have catered food and staff with a band or dj. all depending on how much you have to spend and how many ppl you wish to invite

I just turned 21 in April and to celebrate my birthday my friends took me out to the bar at midnight on my birthday and everyone bought me shots and they brought a cake to the bar with noisemakers and stuff. It was so much fun! We also went out the night of my birthday and the night after that. We also went out to dinner on my birtnday. All in all it was fun! I'm sure whatever you do for your birthday, do it with your friends! They'll make it fun.
