i have not had my period since my cousin died 4 mos. ago and i have had extreme fatigue is this normal?

Yes it is normal. Has this ever happened before? Stress and Grief can upset your menstrual cycle. Extreme fatigue can also be a symptom of grief but it is also be a symptom of depression. How are you feeling about your cousin's death? Depression can affect your periods too.

the irregularity in periods may vary due to different situations like..due to sexual thinking,eating something at an abnormal rate

Trauma might have caused that. its probably just stress. talk to ur doctor

STRESS CAN BE A VERY STRONG FACTOR IN YOUR LITTLE PROBLEM BUT YOU SHOULD TALK TO A DOCTOR CUZ 4 MONTHS IS STILL A LONG TIME EVEN WHEN YOU ADD THE STRESS FACTOR.
